A practical, repeatable framework to discover your spiritual gifts and calling. Six steps. No fluff. Just clarity through action.
Try Things on Purpose

Most people skip this and stay confused. You won't figure out your gifts sitting still — they show up in motion, not in theory.
Try 3–5 different types of actions in one week. Don't overthink it — just move.
James 1:22 — "Be doers of the word, and not hearers only."
Watch What Actually Happens

After each action, pay attention. This step separates fantasy from reality. Most people think they know their gifts — but they've never actually tested them.
Answer these 4 questions honestly after every action. Write it down.
Proverbs 14:15 — "The prudent gives thought to his steps."
Find the Patterns
After a week or two of acting and observing, step back and look for patterns. Calling is hidden in repetition, not one moment.
Look for what keeps showing up. The pattern IS the signal.
Psalm 139:14 — "I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
Name the Gift
Now match your patterns to the biblical gift categories. Don't overcomplicate it — pick your top 2–3. You don't need to have them all figured out.
Pick your top 2–3. That's your starting lane.
1 Peter 4:10 — "Use whatever gift you have received to serve others."
Lean Into It

Once you see it, go deeper. Gifts grow through use, not discovery alone. The more you use them, the sharper they get.
Gifts are like muscles — they grow under load. Use them or lose them.
2 Timothy 1:6 — "Fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you."
Never Stops
This isn't one-and-done. New seasons bring new expressions of your gifts. Skills sharpen over time. Clarity increases with reps.
The loop never ends: Action → Feedback → Adjustment → Clarity
Philippians 1:6 — "He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion."
